The ambient settings are from across North America, with five different ones to choose from. My favorite is Rain into Water. I've always liked the sound of rain. The ocean setting shows the remarkable 3-D effect, with the waves breaking from one ear to the other. You really have to hear this to appreciate its soothing quality.
