The coolest invention of 2008? Pocket projectors, according to a review by David Pogue in the New York Times. I'm hoping Santa will bring me one of these. Here's how he describes the Optoma Pico Projector: "a video projector so small, you can carry it in your pocket. Then, when it's time for a little entertainment, you can whip it out, connect it to your iPod or iPhone, and project your videos onto a nearby wall, ceiling or airplane seat back--a far more satisfying experience than watching the movie on a little two-inch screen." Check out his article for a good overview of what's available.
