The blogs are buzzing about Apple CEO Tim Cook's speech yesterday at All Things Digital. As usual, he was circumspect about new products but did say, “The juices are flowing, and we have some incredible things coming out." He was asked specifically about an Apple TV set, and he said that it's an "area of intense interest" for Apple and that the company is "going to keep pulling the string and see where this takes us." One interesting point was that he said that the "S" in "iPhone 4S" stands for "Siri." And perhaps the biggest news is that Apple is just getting started with Siri. It's a major area of focus and Cook said that he thinks people will be pleased with what Apple does with Siri in the coming months. Toward the end of his talk he said that big surprises may be coming soon. I'm hoping that we'll get to hear about some of those during the Apple keynote at WWDC on June 11.
A video of his talk is now available online.
