4S's Awesome Camera + iPhoto App + Therapy

Many of you don't know this, but I'm recovering from CyberKnife Radiation Surgery for a brain tumor. Part of my recovery is photo therapy - it gets me outside, it's cognitive, makes me focus, use perspective and it's what I LOVE to do. I keep an iPhoto Journal of my recovery process to remind myself that on my bad days - when I can't walk, talk or hold a pencil - that I have good days, too, and I am still spectacular!!!

Today was a good day. I was too tired to walk upstairs to get my big expensive camera, so I just grabbed my iPhone (also, in case I fell and couldn't get up ;-).

Here's some of my best snaps. Not bad for a chick with 1/2 a brain, huh? (Nate - That was not an invitation for a comment from you - I was a Marine, Nate was in a different branch - he thinks he's superior to me - even with 1/2 a brain, I still win!!!! BooYah, Nate).

The moral to the story here - sometimes life sucks. You can either shrivel up into a ball and let it win or try to have some fun and fight back. The iPhone is making it much easier for me to fight back!!!!
