I love adventure games, but only if the graphics are vivid and the sound effects are effective. I want to feel like I’m actually having the adventure and solving the puzzles.
Treasure Seekers: Visions of Gold HD does this for me. The graphics are awesome and the sound effects are lively and interesting. Water drips, cows moo, and clock chime. All this put me in the mood for a total immersion experience.
Right from the beginning, I enjoyed how the developers created a night scene where you have to use a flashlight to search for a way to turn the light on. That was fun! I also like the puzzle map – way cool!
There are 40 levels of play in scenes such as strange laboratories to deep in the ocean and 19 puzzles to solve. I’m not real good at puzzles, but I have fun trying. Still looking for a cheat sheet for this game! Anyone know where it is?
I'm only on level 4 so far, and I can't quit playing. That's the trouble with apps like this. I can't get my work done because I'm having too much fun!
I would recommend this game for younger kids, too.
