Are you part of a book club or simply like to share what you are reading with others? If so, you’ll want to try the Book Lover app.
BookLover helps you keep track of the books you read. Here’s how it works: Type in the title and author of a book. The app retrieves the book’s cover and, many times, a synopsis of the book. Save your entry to one of three “shelves” – Reading Now, To Read, or Have Read.
As you read the book, you can edit the settings to “move” the book from the To Read shelf to the Have Read shelf. You can also write notes about each book (I use this to remind myself who borrowed the book!), share your favorite books with your friends (by Facebook or email), and tap on the light bulb icon to discover other books similar to the one you are reading.
A student could use this to keep track of books he or she needs to read for school. I use it to keep track of books I need to review.
This is a fun AND practical app for book lovers of all ages!
