Your iPad Needs a Hoodi to Match Your Wardrobe!

It seems every hacker or hipster has a hoodie he can call his own, so why shouldn't your iPad or iPad mini? If it's good enough for Mark Zuckerberg, it's good enough for your gadget.

But Hoodivision's Hoodi isn't about style... It performs an important function. On a recent cruise, I didn't bother bringing my iPad mini to the upper deck because I knew I wouldn't be able to see the screen in sunlight. The Hoodi solves this problem in a novel way.

Through clever use of magnets, nylon, and foam, the Hoodi creates a pop-up shade structure for your iPad or iPad mini. It uses the same built-in magnets that make Apple's Smart Cover work so well. It takes some adjusting to find the connection points, but works and is not a permanent attachment so your iPad can go naked as desired. You can probably use most shell style cases as long as they are compatible with Apple's SmartCover.

The magnets are quite strong, but don't worry. It's been a long time since magnets were to be avoided around electronic gadgets. Apple's iOS devices, and even many Macs, use solid state memory instead of magnetic mechanical disks, so you don't need to worry. After all, Apple's SmartCover uses magnets and they will happily sell you one.

In addition to blocking glare, the Hoodi offers privacy from prying eyes and blocks heat, which can lead to the dreaded overheating shutdown warning.

The Hoodi needs your crowdsourced funding. You can get one at a great price by supporting its Kickstarter campaign. The Hoodi comes in assorted colors... Even camo! Check them out at http://www.hoodivision.com.

Here's some unsolicited feedback from one early adopter, a filmmaker who works outdoors:

Hi Steve.

I'm writing to let you know how much I love the Hoodivision ipad Hoodi.  I worked on two
commercial shoots recently - 10 hour days, outside and I used the Hoodi on both shoots and
it worked great.

The Hoodi reduced glare substantially, which allowed much greater visibility while outside.
The Hoodi  extended  battery life because I was able to lower screen brightness and still see
The Hoodi was easy on, easy off
The Hoodi magnets were strong and it stayed in place despite a lot of ipad movement
The Hoodi attached perfectly around my Padlette ipad handle
The Hoodi design and utility are excellent

I am very happy to have the Hoodi as part of my digital script supervising kit.  I can't imagine working
outside without it.

Thanks for a great product!
