What to give the person who has everything?

Because I typically have the latest and greatest of everything, people always ask me 'What should I give to the guy who has everything?'  My canned response: 'Something to keep it in!'  And it's true... as I get new gadgets, like smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc., I'm always on the lookout for the right case or bag to keep it in.

Who would have thought my mother-in-law would have found the best bag for me?  The truth is, I had also noticed the item, but independently, she picked it up from one of those TV shopping channels and surprised me with an early holiday present.  So what is this cool bag?  It's called the PowerBag (designed by ful) and it's available in person at Office Max stores.  The bag is very well made, using ballistic nylon, with several compartments and high quality zippers.  But what sets it apart is a built-in battery and charging cables for iOS devices, as well as mini-USB and micro-USB devices.

You plug the bag into the wall to charge the battery pack (which is removable) and then you can take your tablet and other devices (Bluetooth, phones, etc.) and charge them from the bag when you're away from an outlet.  It's powerful enough to charge the iPad, and there's also a protective pocket for a 14" laptop, though you'll have to charge that traditionally.  The bags are available in multiple colors and in sling, messenger, or backpack style.  The larger backpacks should be able to accommodate larger laptops.

I was surprised that my mother-in-law picked out something valuable and didn't give me a tie... but considering my company name is "No Tie" I guess I shouldn't be too surprised!
