Flynn Lives in TRON Legacy & beyond

As a kid in the '80's, I grew up playing Kevin Flynn's videogames such as Space Paranoids and of course, TRON.  So naturally I believe that Flynn Lives... how could someone so brilliant just disappear?  Now there's a documentary, TRON: Legacy, that suggests he may have evolved into something different... something extraordinary.  I don't know what to make of it, but you should check it out for yourself.  If movies aren't your thing, there's an app for that.

FLYNN's arcade

TRON : Legacy The Complete Story app is a beautiful multimedia masterpiece that tells the story of Kevin and Sam Flynn's adventures inside a world of computers.  If Kevin Flynn is alive, he would marvel at this app (or all apps for that matter) as, more than anyone, he is aware of the personalities behind the programs.

 Legacy The Complete Story

The app offers a graphic novel (150 pages worth!) with a twist.  The pages are beautiful paintings that manage to capture the neon lighting of the world of TRON.  Each page has a link to a photo from the film, that inspired that particular page.  Of course, the Daft Punk soundtrack helps add to the experience.  There is even a video, called a Motion Comic.  It incorporates both original audio narration and dialogue from the film along with original animated illustrations that tell the story.  More videos are promised.

Kevin Flynn, the later years

TRON : Legacy The Complete Story app is on sale for $3.99 instead of $8.99 for a limited time.  It's available only for the iPad (and iPad 2) and it really takes advantage of the larger screen.  If you believe that Flynn lives, this is a must-have addition to your stash of evidence.
