As many of you may know, Kickstarter is a fantastic website for budding ideas. People can see how popular their idea may be in the real world by putting it on Kickstarter, if it does not reach its funding goal the creators do not need to create it.
Pebble is a project based in Palo Alto. Pebble Technology's goal is to create "the first watch built for the 21st century" Pebble Watch connects to your iPhone or Android phone via bluetooth and has caller ID and many other things. I could go on and on about the amazing features of the Pebble watch but I will let you just see for youself here. As of writing this the project has about 17.5 thousand backers and 2.5 million dollars pledged. In 34 days Pebble Watch will be succesfully funded. Assuming Pebble works as well as it seems in the video on kickstarter, I think Pebble will reinvent the watch, just like the iPhone did with phones.
I think it would be fantastic if Apple and Pebble integrated Siri in Pebble (when using your iPhone 4S with it) so you could just hold your wrist to your mouth and say, "Remind me to take the trash out when I get home," and Siri will create a reminder for you.
What would you like to see in the Pebble Watch? Be sure to let us know in the comments!
