10plus Pro iPhone App Review

image

10plus Pro isn’t your typical brain game; it uses the basic features of finding and connecting numbers within a large square to equal the designated amount.  It tests your mathematical knowledge in its most basic form until the difficulty levels begin to rise.  The problem is that the provided numbers constantly increase, change, and you’re on a timer.  So, are you prepared to ready, set, and go?

iPad App Review - Skillz for iPad

image

Skillz has become one of the newest addictive games on the market.  The concept matches many other popular music games that test your rhythm, tap speed, and ability to rock the turn tables.  It’s similar to Guitar Hero and Rock Band, but much more difficult which makes it appealing.

Facebender App Review

Facebender is an entertainment app where you can warp, bend, twist, and change any picture that can be uploaded.  The options are vast and with additional updates; there isn’t any doubt that more features will become available.  But, let’s take a minute and dissect the app to really show its capability.

FreeAppWin Review

image

FreeAppWin is not only known for giving away free stuff by using contests and apps; but it is also free itself!  The concept is simple; you are able to download free apps and enter multiple contests with cash giveaways while looking through constant ads that support the overall prizes.  The idea revolves around the advertisements; the more that there are, the more money that can be won.  The developer is ingenious for using this idea since everyone loves to win things for free.

My Grandma Reads Me Books App Review

image

Before going for this app review, I would like to convey my tribute to the man of Inventions, Steve Jobs! Hats off Steve! Let me start with My Grandma Reads Me Books, which is a fantastic app for children to promote reading, illustration, and games.  Based on the high demand for virtual books; this app definitely fits the profile as one of the top featured.  The choices and options can keep a child busy all day with an additional effect on learning the love for reading.  The main page gives all of the choices including a virtual reading of the book named after the app.  However, other options include a virtual coloring book, mazes, and even a recording technique to record your voice narrating the same book.

PhotoPieces App Review

image

PhotoPieces is a fun little photo-manipulation app for iPhone that is based on creating photo-collages out of unique designs. The designs are available in the app as templates, although there is a very limited amount of them -- six to be exact. Despite this, the app is something unique on the App Store because it really allows you to create some interesting looking images.

Flag Wars App Review

image

Flag Wars is an extremely strategic game that requires focus, attention, and detailed knowledge of the rules to be successful.  But, for those who enjoy a challenge; this app can definitely fulfill that need.  Luckily, the moment that you are brought to its homepage; you are given the option to start a new game, view the leader board, and of course learn how to play.  Even though the game is comparable to other games on the market; it is still highly recommended to read the instructions prior to starting a game.  Otherwise, it’s a guarantee that you’ll be lost.  The instructions are simple by matching picture with definition; so understanding it is the easy part.  Remembering and applying is where it gets a little difficult.

Daedalus Touch App Review

image

There are many journal and note taking apps that are available; but Daedalus Touch definitely takes the demand for better features to a different level.  Luckily, the very first thing that is requested after downloading is an important tutorial.  It is recommended to thoroughly read and follow the tutorial because without it; you will not be aware of all the unique features that are offered.  The tutorial itself is very user friendly and clearly shows the use and purpose of the app.  With each page that is read; this system will ask for you to physically demonstrate the information being taught to insure that you are able to comply.  It’s a fail proof way to making anyone who buys the app capable of using it.
